My sincere thanks and appreciation to those who have chosen or are thinking of choosing Hill Valley Academy as a school for their children. The school’s main objective is the delivery of quality education in Sierra Leone and this can only be achieved with the concerted efforts of all including parents who we hold in high esteem.
I personally have been someone who preaches and practices religious tolerance and certainly Hill Valley Academy is no exception to that important principle. I would like to take this opportunity to clearly state that the religious tenets upon which the school is founded is Islam and this will be the guiding religious principle of Hill Valley Academy.
I want to assure non-Muslim parents that the religious position of their children will always be respected, and no attempt will be made by the school administration to enforce any islamic practices upon them, as there is no compulsion in Islam.
Likewise, we implore our partners, parents of our pupils and the general public to respect our position of maintaining Islamic values to run the school.
The provision of quality education for all remains the primary goal and we will continue to encourage and practice mutual religious respect amongst pupils, parents and the entire administration of the school
